Conference Ambassador Toolkit and Research planned for completion in January2012

Sue Crawley of Fire Circle and Tony Rogers of Tony Rogers Conference and Event Services have been working together to produce a Conference Ambassador Toolkit for Destinations.

The only resource of its kind in the industry: the toolkit is aimed at helping destinations develop a new or grow their existing Ambassador Programme and will cover such areas as how to set a budget, researching conferences and events and how to recruit Ambassadors from the medical, academic and corporate sectors. The toolkit will be launched early 2012.

In 2012 the team will also repeat the hugely successful international research on Conference Ambassador Programmes, gathering best practice from destinations around the world.
